Shipping policy

We ship via UPS and bill at cost.  Typically, a delicate sign costs between $5 and $10 to package securely.  Shipping rates are variable and are determined by UPS at the time of shipping.  Pricing quoted at the time of the order will be honored even if shipping costs rise between the time of the order and the shipping date.  Rate reductions between the time of the order and the shipping date will be refunded to the customer.
